Business first, then software.

My work starts with understanding how a business operates: how information moves, where decisions happen, and what slows people down. I translate those needs into systems that make everyday work easier to manage.

With an MBA in Business Analytics from IIM Amritsar and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University, I combine business understanding with hands-on software development.

Since April 2026 I have led business process automation in my full-time role in Pune, working with departments to digitise manual workflows and designing a unified business platform that consolidates data management.

Separately, as a freelancer, I design and build custom ERP solutions and management systems to each client’s requirements. The work spans web applications, Windows and macOS software, and Android and iOS apps.

  1. Apr 2026 – present

    Business process automation

    • Led the initiative for business process automation, working with departments across the company to digitise manual workflows.
    • Spearheaded the design and development of a unified business platform, improving operational efficiency by consolidating data management.
    • Engaged with stakeholders to keep the system aligned with operational needs, improving accountability and management visibility.

    Freelance: custom ERP and business software

    • Scoped, built and delivered systems for clients end to end; the manufacturing PMS and the sales CRM are in daily use.
    • Road-tender estimating software in delivery against a signed agreement, in four staged milestones.

  3. 2024 – 2026

    • Summer intern at DrMudhiwala HealthCare, supporting the founder on operations and strategy.
    • Member, Merchandising and Sponsorship Committee (MASCOM): brought in corporate sponsorships, ran events and produced merchandise for the IIM Amritsar community.
